Responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Origination and Prospecting: Actively identify and acquire new medium and large enterprises that require financing for their daily operations or modernizations of their treasury setups.
  • Credit Structuring: Design short-term credit proposals (revolving lines, simple loans, factoring) tailored to the client's accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) needs.
  • Cash Management Sales: Position key transactional solutions, such as payment dispersion platforms (for suppliers and payroll) and advanced collection and reconciliation systems.
  • Committee Defense: Partner with the analysis team to prepare and defend commercial and risk proposals before the Credit Committee to secure formal approvals.
  • Cross-selling: Increase the profitability of each acquired client by seamlessly integrating more of Clara's corporate products into their daily financial operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Enterprise Banker, or Corporate Account Executive in financial institutions or commercial credit Fintechs.
  • Strong technical expertise in analyzing and interpreting financial statements to evaluate credit viability.
  • Deep understanding of the cash conversion cycle (Inventory Days, Days Sales Outstanding, and Days Payable Outstanding).
  • Solid operational knowledge of transactional products and corporate treasury systems ( Cash Management ).
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial structures into clear business benefits for high-level decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, CEOs).
  • Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a resilient, results-oriented commercial drive.
  • Experience or familiarity handling day-to-day team coordination via Slack and managing corporate data rooms through Google Drive .
  • Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python to dissect financial data and portfolio performance.
