About the Programme Our 2-year accelerated Food Services Pathway is designed for high-potential individuals ready to take on real responsibility from the start. You will lead teams, drive operations, and make decisions that impact the business daily. Through structured rotations, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned leaders, you will build the capabilities to take on leadership roles in our F&B operations. You will choose a core business specialisation aligned to your interests: B2C (Retail Dining & Food Courts), B2B (Catering & Institutional Services) or Food Manufacturing . Over 2 years, you will immerse yourself in your chosen specialisation, allowing you to: Build deep operational expertise Develop leadership and people management skills Understand different customer segments and business models Connect frontline insights with broader business strategy. Related Diplomas, Degrees, qualifications (eg Food Hygiene Certification) or experience will be a bonus Strong passion for frontline operations in the F&B industry Driven and energetic, and keen to lead and drive initiatives Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Positive attitude with strong learning agility and a can-do mindset
