Materials Coordinator

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or material management.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, inventory control, and production planning.
• Required Qualifications
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams including planning, warehouse, material flow, and shipping.
• Experience in raw material procurement and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong understanding of material planning, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in workforce planning and operational team management.

• The Materials Coordinator oversees and coordinates production planning, material sourcing, inventory management, and internal logistics processes.
• This role is responsible for leading planning, warehouse, materials, and shipping teams to ensure efficient operations and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
