Company: ClaimsPro LP - International Programs Group (Full-time/Hybrid) Desktop Adjuster / Property Claims Examiner (Anywhere in Canada) International Programs Group (IPG) is an independent third-party administration (TPA) team providing claims services for Lloyd's of London syndicates, domestic insurers, self-insured entities, and organizations with high financial retentions. We have an existing opportunity to add a Property Claims Examiner / Desktop Adjuster to our growing team! Attendance to the office a minimum of 1 day per week and as needed for training, client meetings and team meetings is required. The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team that provides quality service to internal and external clients. They will display excellent customer service skills and will be a key contributor to the success of the organization by providing knowledgeable, detailed and timely service. Utilizing a 'desktop' model, IPG examiners manage claims from start to finish. This hands-on approach ensures that the claim is handled properly and helps offset third-party adjusting costs.
