Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly and year-end close procedures including preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, management reports, and other key financial documents.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and control across the Group.
- Contribute to day-to-day financial operations including AR, AP, Procurement, Expenses, Treasury and Payroll.
- Contribute to and maintain group, parent and subsidiary tax compliance, including direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards and local regulations.
- Manage external audit during annual Group and statutory audits and assist in resolving audit queries.
- Prepare local financial statements in Finland
- Continually evaluate and optimise monthly close and other finance processes, striving to deliver best practice in process automation, efficiencies and improved accuracy.
- Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical accounting and tax knowledge (international and local GAAP).
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience, gained in a multinational technology business.
- Experience working with NetSuite or other ERP tools such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
- Experience building agentic workflows or process automation using AI.
- Experience with close management tools such as FloQast or Stacks.
