About the role

Position: E-commerce Operations Assistant (Shopee/Lazada) Location: Outram (Near Havelock MRT) Working hours: 5 days, Monday-Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3600 + Variable Bonus + Health Insurance Duration: Permanent Industry: Photo or video equipment Main Responsibilities Create and maintain accurate product listings on company website and online marketplace platforms Support and execute promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms Monitor and update inventory levels and pricing accuracy Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment Handle return, refund, and exchange processes Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned Requirement : Diploma in any field Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop) Prior experience in e-commerce or retail industry will be an advantage Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Able to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools Email to joie@searchpersonnel.com.sg Do visit www.facebook.com/search.personnel for more job listings and career tips! ***We DO NOT charge our candidates any referral fee nor bind them with any contract.*** Joie Chang Deputy Consulting Director (APAC) Reg no.: R2090601 | EA No: 13C6684.
