Role Scope Map, find, and engage the top 0.01% of technical candidates in the world before anyone else knows they exist. Map talent pools, competitive landscapes, and emerging technical communities into actionable intelligence on where exceptional candidates are and how to reach them. Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies, independently or with TA Partners, to fill pipelines for multiple competing roles. Operate as a data-driven function: track pipeline metrics, outreach conversion, and source effectiveness, and report pipeline health to recruiters and leadership. Design and document sourcing playbooks, channel strategies, and talent maps that scale with the company.
