Principal I, IT Business Systems Analysis

Responsibilities

• Provides end‑to‑end functional support and coordination across Alcon's pricing and quoting technology landscape. Supports integrated pricing, quoting, and agreement execution processes to ensure alignment, continuity, and quality for global commercial operations.
• Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications :
• Support E2E pricing and quoting scenarios across Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems, including new agreements, agreement changes, product additions, pricing updates, and end‑dating logic.
• Support functional coordination across Salesforce CPQ, Optivision, SAP Vistex, Icertis, MuleSoft, and related integrations.
• Partner with business and technical teams to clarify requirements, expected system behavior, and integration scenarios .
• Support pricing data, pricebook maintenance, and correction activities , including basic data validation and mapping support.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end testing and UAT support by assisting with test scenario definition, execution support, and issue triage using standard tools.
• Provide day‑to‑day functional support across platform teams by tracking issues, dependencies, and follow‑ups, and escalating risks as needed.
• Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
