Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of allied health service counters, ensuring efficient front-line service delivery and positive patient experience.
- Partner with clinical and allied health stakeholders to resolve operational, system, and workflow issues.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, SOPs, work instructions, and support periodic reviews and updates.

- Monitor service utilisation and support initiatives to improve resource optimisation.
- Manage operational risk assessments, audits, and business continuity measures at service counters.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention of service associates.
- Facilitate effective two-way communication between management and front-line teams, including issue escalation and solution recommendations.
- Manage and maintain clinical and operational data, preparing reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Support value-based care, appropriate care, and organisational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline; a healthcare-related or business management qualification is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing service operations, patient engagement, or clinical outcomes data is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with EPIC and NBS systems is an added advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and interpersonal skills when handling patients and sensitive situations.
