Responsibilities
- Volunteer Management (End‑to‑End)
- Support comprehensive volunteer management across the full programme lifecycle, covering both desktop‑based coordination and on‑the‑ground execution to ensure a seamless, well‑supported volunteer experience.

- Post‑Programme Engagement
- Support post‑event communications, including appreciation messages and feedback collection.
- Consolidate volunteer participation data and insights to inform reporting and continuous improvement.
- Design and Development of Volunteer Communications
- Support the design of publicity materials for community investment programmes, including eDMs and presentations.
- Impact Assessment and Communications
- Support impact assessment activities, including data collection and analysis for reporting.
- Job Requirements:
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Foundational design capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum one year's working experience in any sector
- Experience in CSR, ESG, Sustainability, Events or Communications roles is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in any discipline; qualifications in the social sciences are an advantage.
