Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for finance applications and finance-related data inquiries
- Respond to user questions via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and ensure accurate tracking in incident management systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the user experience
- Support initiatives to improve data accuracy and data quality
- Actively contribute to and utilize the knowledge base to enhance team efficiency and user self-service
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams in a team-oriented environment

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

- Experience with Workday or other finance systems is a plus such as Oracle are preferred
