If that excites you, how about joining our team as a PA to our UK Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)? Reporting to the CEO, you will be supporting the CEO and CFO, and their senior leadership teams to ensure that their divisions run effectively and smoothly. You'll be working on a wide range of activities and projects from diary management, drafting emails and documents, travel arrangements and event organising. Our new PA will need to be comfortable to work in person at our London office once or twice a week, the rest of the week this role is based remotely. Your role includes: Provide support to the CEO and CFO, plus additional members of their senior leadership team. This includes, but is not limited to, diary management, drafting emails and managing inbox, organising offsites, both business and team lunches, drafting documents and ensuring quarterly meetings and half year/full year reviews are scheduled in advance Working closely with ClearBank's PA/EA and Executive group to ensure consistency and alignment Supporting Board Days, Internal Workshops/Meetings, and any Client Meetings Expenses management for the CRO and CCO and their senior team Travel arrangements and work-related bookings This is a 12-months fixed term contract position.
