6G Prototyping & Testbed Implementation, Senior/Staff Engineer (Project based)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate new technology prototypes and proof-of-concept systems for 6G wireless networks.
• Implement and optimize wireless communication algorithms in lab and field environments.
• Lead test bed system integration, including software and hardware co-development.
• Oversee end-to-end system validation, verification, and performance benchmarking against relevant standards.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners (infra. vendors, universities, labs) on prototyping and demonstration projects.
• Job Requirements:
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or related field.
• Strong DSP and wireless algorithm development skills; hands-on experience with system implementation.
• Deep understanding of mobile communication systems (3G, 4G, 5G,and beyond) and relevant specifications.
• Experience deploying prototypes and testbeds: programming proficiency in C/C++, Matlab, Python, Verilog, VHDL.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or work within multi disciplinary teams for wireless systemd evelopment.
• Industry experience, ideally including practical demo or PoC achievements.
• Preferred expertise: AI-powered communications, satellite comms, or energy efficiency for wireless testbeds.
