Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end tenant reimbursement process using Tenant Admin Portal to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Monitor tenant declaration submissions monthly and validate against system-generated reports for accuracy
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies such as missing transactions or incorrect amounts by following up with tenants or escalating complex issues
  • Handle passenger enquiries across channels (Request-for-Help, Chatbot, Campaign mailbox) by assessing cases and providing appropriate resolutions using standard templates

  • Escalate complex or system-related enquiries to internal teams and maintain accurate case tracking for timely follow-up and closure
  • Support monthly reconciliation of internal system records, voucher issuance, expiry logs, and finance reports by verifying voucher values, codes, and totals
  • Assist in identifying discrepancies during reconciliation and coordinate internal confirmations with Finance, including sending closure emails with supporting documents
  • Consolidate campaign data such as voucher redemption, reimbursement, and enquiry records to support comprehensive post-campaign reporting
  • Assist management in preparing post-campaign summary reports and presentation materials by tracking key metrics including redemption rates, reimbursement totals, enquiry volumes, and resolution times
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate proactively as a team player while working independently with minimal supervision
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (preferred)
  • Degree holder in a relevant discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups) for reconciliation and reporting
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset for handling passenger enquiries
  • Prior experience in operations, customer service, or finance administration is an advantage
  • Ability to commit to the full contract period
