Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tenant reimbursement process using Tenant Admin Portal to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Monitor tenant declaration submissions monthly and validate against system-generated reports for accuracy
- Identify and investigate discrepancies such as missing transactions or incorrect amounts by following up with tenants or escalating complex issues

- Escalate complex or system-related enquiries to internal teams and maintain accurate case tracking for timely follow-up and closure
- Support monthly reconciliation of internal system records, voucher issuance, expiry logs, and finance reports by verifying voucher values, codes, and totals
- Assist in identifying discrepancies during reconciliation and coordinate internal confirmations with Finance, including sending closure emails with supporting documents
- Consolidate campaign data such as voucher redemption, reimbursement, and enquiry records to support comprehensive post-campaign reporting
- Assist management in preparing post-campaign summary reports and presentation materials by tracking key metrics including redemption rates, reimbursement totals, enquiry volumes, and resolution times
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Collaborate proactively as a team player while working independently with minimal supervision
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (preferred)
- Degree holder in a relevant discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups) for reconciliation and reporting
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset for handling passenger enquiries
- Prior experience in operations, customer service, or finance administration is an advantage
- Ability to commit to the full contract period
