About the role

Roles & Responsibilities Assist in BIM management, including the development and implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Attend BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants. Review and analyze clash detection reports, and prepare presentations for coordination purposes. Coordinate and manage BIM deliverables to ensure successful project completion and handover to clients. Collaborate with Architectural, Structural, and M&E teams to develop and integrate BIM models and drawings. Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure seamless data access for both office and site teams, in line with tender requirements. Enforce the use of BIM models for shop drawing extraction among main contractors and subcontractors, ensuring consistency between 2D and 3D drawings. Develop templates for Asset Information Models (AIM) to support facility maintenance and future BIM tender requirements. Provide support during tender stages, particularly in defining BIM scope and requirements. Participate in technical meetings as required to support project coordination and execution.
