About the role
What will you be doing? Customer Engagement Executive Hybrid - 3 days a week in Dorking office £30,000 - £35,000 per annum What will you bring? We're looking for an early-career marketing professional to join our Growth Marketing team at Unum UK. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in campaign execution and data-driven engagement, while playing a central role in marketing initiatives that directly fuel business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and optimisation of automated nurture journeys and contact strategies to engage brokers and customers
- Assist in delivering personalised digital campaigns across email, social, and other channels in line with account based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversion
- Contribute ideas for testing new approaches, tools, and ways of working to improve campaign effectiveness
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to keep content up to date and enhance the user experience
- Key Skills & Experience:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, ideally including a placement year or 1-2 years' experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or campaign role
- Basic understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and customer journeys (academic or practical experience considered)
- Strong communication skills, with good attention to detail and organisation
- Exposure to marketing tools such as CRM or automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools like GA4
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, test ideas, and develop new skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders
