Foster Engagement and Productivity Do you have a passion for coordinating Corporate Reception working in an Corporate office providing exemplary customer service? If so, we want you to join our team! Our Corporate Receptionist role is able to contribute energy and positivity to an already established and high performing team working for this prestigious national corporate client. The role will be offered on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday, uniform provided. Competitive salary on offer for the right indiviudal. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environment; there's never a dull moment at Sodexo. You will contribute to our success by overseeing seamless meeting room and booking coordination, incoming call management, event coordination using specific event management software, audio visual support, key & lock services, general administrative duties all the while being the ultimate communicator to our guests and clients. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within a similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, staff and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function effectively under pressure.
