This position is located at Auto Skills Center, Fort Bragg, NC. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Army NAF paysetting rules apply to this vacancy announcement. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated work experience that include the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work of the position to be filled. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in automotive operations. Experience supervising more than 7 employees. Excellent customer service skills, including resolving customer complaints. Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills, including the ability to quickly address operational issues or staff challenges. Financial and accounting skills, including understanding financial principles, cash handling, daily reconciliation, and monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability. In order to be considered for the highly preferred criteria, your resume must show that you meet BOTH the minimum qualifications, and ALL of the high preferred criteria.
