Product Manager (Government Projects)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining problems to launch and ongoing improvements.
• Engage stakeholders and users to understand needs, define problem statements, and shape product direction.
• Define success metrics and set up dashboards to track and monitor outcomes.
• Formulate product strategy, hypotheses, and roadmaps to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop, test, and release products.
• Measure results, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to maximize product value.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or IT related tertiary education.
• Proven track record of delivering business outcomes through product ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus. Agile/ Scrum certifications are highly advantageours.
