About the Role We're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Financial Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll play a key role in supporting financial planning, month end close, expense management, reporting, and cross-functional projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment where no two days look the same. You'll have exposure across all areas of finance and help build scalable processes as the company grows. Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Reporting Prepare recurring financial reports and KPI dashboards. Analyze monthly financial results and investigate budget to actual variances. Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning. Build ad hoc financial models and analyses to support business decisions. Month-End Close Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with accruals and prepaid schedules. Help ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Expense & T&E Management Administer the company's travel and expense program. Review employee expense reports for policy compliance. Manage corporate credit card reconciliations. Partner with employees to resolve expense related questions. Ad Hoc Projects Respond to requests from leadership with timely financial analysis. Support operational initiatives across sales, marketing and operations. Improve financial processes through automation and documentation. Assist with audit, tax, banking, and financing requests. Participate in systems implementations and process improvements. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or investment banking. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; Power Query is a plus). Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Comfortable working with large datasets and financial modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-changing startup environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
