Designer cum Drafter

Requirements

• Experience in Interior Designprojects is required, preferably in commercial, retail, or hotel projects.
• Proficient in CAD software and able to produce 3D drawings and renderings.
• Strong understanding of space planning, technical drawings, and construction detailing.
• Site experience in construction or interior fit-out projects is required.
• Able to develop both design concepts and technical drawings.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to propose practical design solutions.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• At least 2 years of Singapore-based experience as a Designer cum Drafter in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior design, drafting, or construction-related roles.
• Working Hours:
• 5.5-day work week
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM -6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities: Prepare design concepts, space planning and layout proposals for interior fit-out projects. Produce detailed 2D drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings. Create 3D models and renderings for design presentation and project visualization. Handle design development, including materials, finishes, and construction details. Revise drawings and designs based on project requirements and site conditions. Coordinate closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Conduct site visits to take measurements and verify site conditions when required. Ensure all drawings and designs comply with project specifications and standards. Support the project team with technical drawings, design solutions, and layout planning. Assist in resolving design and site coordination issues during project execution.
