Responsibilities
- Support laboratory operations by performing routine laboratory tests and procedures.
- Calibrate, instrument, and perform standard and non-standard tests to collect data for critical project support.
- Assists more senior technicians with more complex testing procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma required. Engineering technology or associates degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on mechanical experience required (Ex: mechanic, service technician, fork lift mechanic, auto mechanic, farm mechanic, fabricator, etc...).
- Experience with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required. Experience with data acquisition is required, experience with high-speed data acquisition is a plus.
- Experience in performing applied mechanics test is a plus.
- Experience with structural data acquisition systems, both hardware and software, as well as mechanical strain measurement is a plus.
