📍 Location: Somerset 🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week 💰 Salary: Up to $3,200 Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district. Job Scope: Oversee daily restaurant operations and service periods, ensuring efficient service delivery, operational readiness, and compliance with brand standards and procedures. Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards, handling guest feedback professionally, and driving guest satisfaction through personalised hospitality and effective floor leadership. Lead, coach, and support team members through effective supervision, task delegation, training, and collaboration with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Support business performance through upselling, cost control, accurate POS and billing processes, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company regulations. Job Requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred. Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices. Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
