Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years' experience as a Sales Supervisor (FMCG or Consumer Health preferred)
  • Ideally, we are looking for someone with :
  • Strong people leadership, coaching skills, and collaborative mindset
  • Solid analytical skills and confident with MS Office
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Willing to be based in Pontianak and travel within the assigned territory
