Responsibility Lead Management - Follow up with customer leads, guiding them through the purchase journey with empathy and professionalism. Product Recommendation - Suggest memorial and keepsake products tailored to customer preferences and needs. Appointment Coordination - Manage consultations, enquiries, and follow‑ups to deliver a seamless customer experience. Customer Engagement - Assist clients in selecting suitable memorial products, fostering trust and satisfaction. Sales Growth - Drive sales through personalized interactions while nurturing long‑term customer relationships. Service Efficiency - Handle appointments and follow‑ups effectively to achieve customer satisfaction and meet business targets.
