Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with a passion for building robust and scalable data infrastructure to join our Data Platform team. In this role, you'll design and develop the foundational systems that power the flow of data across the company, enabling fast insights and smarter decisions as we grow. Responsibilities

• Design and build resilient systems for real-time data movement, processing, and storage
• Scale data infrastructure to support our rapidly growing business needs
• Unlock actionable insights by enabling seamless, governed access to high-quality, trustworthy data
• Drive innovation in data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across the company
• Establish best practices that balance performance, flexibility, and governance at scale
• We're Looking for Someone Who
• Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Has 4+ years engineering experience (2+ years in data infrastructure)
• Has strong programming skills, preferably in Python or Java
• Has expertise with cloud data lakes such as Snowflake or Databricks
• Has experience with streaming and big data processing frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Spark)
• Is experienced with workflow orchestration systems (e.g., Apache Airflow, Dagster, Prefect)
• Has implemented CDC solutions (e.g., Debezium, Maxwell)
• Has experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Requirements

• exposure to data governance, PII handling, or policy-driven access control - e.g., RBAC at scale, SQL-level data masking, or policy compiler / lineage systems

• Salary range
• Salary Range: $155,000 to $185,000 USD per year.
• This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
