Additional Information

Job Description Can you imagine creating a retail experience to inspire the builders of tomorrow? Just imagine a retail role that was about creating an experience. Not just selling a product. That's what working in a LEGO® Store is all about. If our customers aren't fans when they arrive, they will be by the time they leave. You'll see to that. Because you'll share the creativity and imagination that brings them to us. And you'll be part of the reason they come back - time and again. What will I do? Let's start with the basics: you'll make sure our customers get everything they expect from their visit. A warm welcome, great product insights, and a store environment that shows them our belief that nothing but the best will do. Role at a glance: Support Store Operations: Ensure a signature experience for every guest through welcoming, proactive, and friendly interactions. Customer Service & Checkout: Deliver excellent customer service on the sales floor and efficiently manage customer checkouts and bagging. Visual Merchandising: A chance to create memories by assisting with in-store promotions, commercial displays, and keeping the sales floor inspiring. Stockroom Maintenance: Support stock control by maintaining the stockroom to the highest standards and safely assisting with incoming merchandise. Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow? Our stores welcome everyone, and as a Sales Associate, it's important you reflect this. Who you are makes all the difference. We are looking for: Passion, energy, and a sincere dedication to engage with minds that are hungry to learn. Great communication skills to connect effectively with team members and guests of all ages. Knowing your way around a retail environment is a big plus, but we are ready to invest in your training if you have the right attitude. Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends, to support the team when the business needs it most. What will I get out of it? Aside from the chance to do something you love every day, you can count on being well looked after. Your well-being comes first. Well-being & Family: All colleagues have access to family care leave, the Headspace app, and a range of local well-being programmes. Financial Reward: Enrollment in our global performance-based bonus scheme, plus life and disability insurance for peace of mind. Creative Perks: Generous in-store staff discounts to keep your own creativity alive! Join our LEGO® Brand Retail team! Share our dedication to providing an active, hands-on experience that encourages imagination and creativity through in-store play.
