Your day-to-day responsibilities 3D Narrative & Cinematic Storytelling: Lead the creation of high-fidelity 3D sequences visualizing satellite deployments, orbital data paths, and aerospace hardware. High-Impact Video Production: Own the end-to-end production of "hype" videos, product sizzle reels, and sales enablement presentations. Cross-Disciplinary Brand Design: Support the broader brand team by jumping into "static" projects-including brand identity evolution, event graphics, digital ads, and presentation design-whenever the mission requires it. Data in Motion: Collaborate with Data & Visual Specialists to transform complex GIS and SAR map data into sophisticated, digestible motion graphics. AI-Augmented Workflow: Implement "AI-First" production efficiencies, utilizing Generative AI for storyboard expansion, automated rotoscoping, and asset generation. Brand Consistency: Define and document motion brand guidelines (easing, transitions, kinetic typography) to ensure a cohesive ICEYE experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements

- Professional Experience: 2+ years in a motion design or professional creative role (ideally your second professional role after graduation).
- Graphic Design Fundamentals: A strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory that translates to both moving and static canvases.
- The Technical Stack: Expert-level mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro , paired with professional-grade skills in Cinema 4D or Blender .
- Figma Native: Proficiency in Figma for both motion handoff and general graphic design production.
- Portfolio Requirement: A professional motion reel (max 90 seconds) AND a few examples of static brand/graphic design work.
- Language: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Real-time Visualization: Experience with Unreal Engine for interactive storytelling.
- Technical Interpretation: Ability to optimize CAD files (STEP, IGES) for 3D animation.
- Emerging Tech: Knowledge of Gaussian Splatting or NeRFs for environment creation.
