- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations. Proven track record in a management or leadership role (3-5+ years) within a complex multinational environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and lean warehouse methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Quality Tools (e.g., PDCA, 5S, Fishbone) and Standardization techniques.
- Solid understanding of LSP management and procurement processes.
- Project Management: Proven competence in Project Management; a formal qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Financial Acumen: Capability in managing Cost, BP, and CF to drive bottom-line results.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong change management capability with a proactive and "can-do" mindset.
- Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Resilience and the ability to lead a team under pressure in a dynamic trading environment.
