Carer - Thursday to Saturday - Afternoons

Requirements

• You are a kind-hearted, patient and respectful person who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people. You share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, and bring them to everything you do.
• To thrive in this role, you will need :
• A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role .
• An NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID .
• All required qualifications must be recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework .
• You will also have:
• A passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently .
• An understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence .
• A lignment with Anglicare's Christian ethos and values .
