Responsibilities
- Strategic Data Analysis & Insights:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex data models, datasets and interactive dashboards using Tableau to guide strategic decision-making.

- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define KPIs, ensuring BI solutions address key business challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Mentor junior BI team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role, working with large, complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data warehousing concepts, with hands-on experience using Snowflake/Databricks or other cloud-based platforms.
- Strong background in Salesforce, Workday and Talent Acquisition reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred:
- Experience in the insurance industry or a similar data-driven environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization storytelling and dashboard design best practices.
- Demonstrated Tableau proficiency via Tableau Public portfolio.
