A24 is currently seeking an attorney to join our Legal and Business Affairs team to provide support on a wide variety of matters to A24's International Distribution division. You should be a motivated self-starter with a strong interest in international distribution of film and television content. This role will be an integral member of a highly collaborative Legal and Business Affairs team. Initial Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and manage international distribution agreements and related security, financing-related and ancillary documentation with international distributors, studios, broadcasters and global streamers In partnership with your manager, drive day-to-day business affairs and provide ongoing, proactive legal and business advice concerning a multitude of aspects of the distribution of A24's content internationally Provide legal support for international co-financing, co-production agreements, film markets, and festivals Contribute toward improving deal parameters, deal memo templates, long-form agreements, contract management and precedent-tracking systems and other departmental resources, processes and procedures Establish and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships with regular, effective and timely communications concerning deal negotiation and business strategy
