About the job Our Property department is recruiting for qualified lawyers with experience ranging from 2 to 4 years PQE. The combined Belfast and Dublin team acts for domestic and international investors, financial institutions, developers, retailers and owners/occupiers across the full range of commercial property transactions including: We provide our solicitors with an opportunity to be involved in multi-jurisdictional matters/projects working with an international client base. The role The practice group advise clients through every stage of the company life-cyle: Investment sales and acquisitions Development deals Lease transactions and portfolio management Real estate finance Property aspects of corporate transactions Requirements Qualified candidates from 2 to 4yrs PQE Ideally from a large or medium corporate law firm, An excellent academic record Strong interpersonal and communications skills Strong team and collaborative skills Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Benefits: At A&L we pride ourselves on the high calibre of our employees.
