Responsibilities

  • Establish and continuously improve our end-to-end compliance tooling landscape supporting global vehicle compliance and PCMS
  • Define and maintain a compliance strategy aligned with the product lifecycle and provide operational support and guidance to compliance tool users

  • Several years of experience in automotive regulatory compliance or product compliance in a highly regulated industry, ideally in the autonomous vehicle industry with motivation to expand
  • Strong expertise in compliance or regulatory tooling, e.g., Vanta, ideally in a complex, multi-market environment
  • Experience with vehicle type approval , autonomous driving, or software-defined vehicles
  • Familiarity with audits and authority interactions
  • Solid understanding of data and evidence management in regulated industries
  • Ability to translate regulatory and governance requirements into practical, scalable tooling solutions
  • Business fluent German and English skills

To strengthen our Product & Regulatory Compliance team , we are looking for a Senior Compliance Tooling Expert (all genders) to take end-to-end ownership of our compliance tooling landscape and play a key role in ensuring regulatory acceptance of our autonomous vehicles and services worldwide. Your role at MOIA As Senior Compliance Tooling Expert (all genders) Autonomous Vehicle , you define how software tools enable and support compliance governance across the entire product lifecycle. You work at the intersection of regulatory affairs, engineering, IT, and quality to ensure product conformity as part of our product compliance management system (PCMS) and audit readiness in all deployment markets. You act as the expert to enable teams using the right tools and a maximum of automation to manage their compliance data and evidence - from structured storage to traceability, recallability, and legally compliant retention.
