Content Manager (UK remote)

About the role

This is a broad, execution-heavy content role for a small, fast-moving marketing team. You will own the full content output for Parcelhero Group: website copy, blog, ebooks, social media, and review platform management. You will also be the primary owner and operator of our CMS, Storyblok, responsible for publishing, maintaining, and expanding content across four current websites and a growing portfolio of multi-tenant sites across the UK, USA, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. This is not a single-channel role. You will write, publish, manage, and optimise across every content touchpoint the marketing team owns. You will use Claude as your primary AI writing tool and are expected to use it actively to produce volume and quality that a single person in a lean team needs to deliver. If you are looking for a role focused exclusively on social media or exclusively on writing, this is not it. Work Location: Fully remote, must be based in the UK. Core hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm GMT. Annual Leave: Generous holiday entitlement, giving you the time to rest and recharge.
