Entry Level Production

Responsibilities

• While the exact duties may vary based on the area hired into, you may be expected to:
• Utilize heavy equipment for manufacturing and shipping our products.
• Handle heavy machinery, including forklifts and cranes, ensuring precision and safety in all operations.
• Execute specialized tasks with a keen eye for quality and strict adherence to safety guidelines.
• What Qualifies You:
• High School diploma or GED is required. AN UPDATED RESUME AND HIGH SCHOOL/GED DIPLOMA MUST BE UPLOADED TO THIS APPLICATION . If you have had a gap in employment, please note this on your resume.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work activities under high temperature conditions.
• Candidates must successfully pass a skills aptitude, physical, drug test and background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Additional Information on Work Hours and Environment:
• You must be willing and able to work rotating shifts and continuous schedules. Mandatory overtime may also be required.
• Typical work environment involves primarily indoor work with exposure to hot and cold weather and extreme non-weather-related heat is frequent.
• This application is for the employment pool. Those accepted to the pool will be kept on file for 12 months.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Standard rate: $26.87 USD per hour
• You may be eligible for variable performance pay, overtime, premium pay, and additional payments per the collective bargaining agreement provisions.
