About the role

Working within a busy community-based team, you will undertake assessments and provide practical solutions that enable individuals to live safely and independently within their own homes. What will your responsibilities be? Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments within the community. Complete moving and handling assessments and provide specialist recommendations.
