Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex technical projects across a multi-vendor SaaS ecosystem; develop roadmaps to technical enablement of the enterprise

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent masters degree preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience in a strategy, business analysis, or project management roles
  • 5+ years of work experience in the professional services and/or managed services industry
  • 8+ years of work experience in the implementation or management of software products (ERP, CRM, PSA, etc.)
  • Experience managing multi-vendor SaaS ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365)
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, compliance frameworks, and risk management
  • Experience with cloud security principles, compliance (GDPR, SOC 2), and identity management (preferred)
  • Experience managing stakeholders, competing business needs, and balancing business requirements within a project context and through normal demand control processes
  • Strong knowledge of varied business functions and their relationships
  • Demonstrable experience working closely with leadership positions
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools; Project management certification preferred
