Technical Advisor

About the role

Your responsibilities include: You will be the first point of contact for technical enquiries from customers (contractors, architects, engineering firms) and internal colleagues You will provide tailored advice on Sika solutions (including waterproofing and roofing) You support customers with technical challenges on site and during the design phase You work closely with sales, marketing and R&D You prepare technical documentation and keep it up to date (PDS, specifications, recommendations, reports) You contribute to building and sharing technical knowledge within the organisation Occasionally deliver technical training to customers and internal teams You work with digital tools and AI support (such as Microsoft Copilot) to prepare analyses, documentation and recommendations more efficiently A bachelor's degree in a technical field (civil engineering, chemistry or equivalent through experience) Relevant experience in a technical role within the construction sector is a strong asset Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset You work in a structured manner and can prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment You communicate fluently and professionally Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English You are a team player with a proactive attitude A challenging and varied role within an international and financially stable company The opportunity to work in a highly technical team characterised by a high level of expertise and collaboration Opportunities for personal development and training A sustainable and innovative working environment with a focus on quality, safety and the environment Access to a digital and forward-thinking working environment, including support from AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot The opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in the construction sector and build long-term client relationships Wij bieden concurrerende salarissen, afgestemd op lokale marktbenchmarks en de specifieke reikwijdte en verantwoordelijkheden van elke functie.
