About the role

The Senior Strategist, Workplace Advisory, is a senior member of the team and is responsible for leading and delivering medium-to-large client engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery. The Senior Strategist is responsible for performing complex analysis and problem-solving tasks related to the following practice areas: Workplace Strategy, Workplace Change Management, and User Experience. The role entails organizing materials, developing recommendations, and contributing to client reports and presentations. Engage with the client during the research process, co-facilitating interviews, leading or participating in workshops, focus groups and/or presentations. Performs complex analysis and problem solving on projects (some examples include workplace anthropology studies, employee experience, workplace transformation, hybrid work models/programs, organizational analysis, real estate density and/or occupancy planning & analysis). Collaborates on project assignments with teams in multiple locations, in-person and remotely. Presents findings, analysis and recommendations to Colliers project teams and client teams in a clear and concise manner. Collaborates with project teams on a wide range of assignments and participates in multiple types of client engagements. Participates in preparation of RFPs/proposals, marketing efforts and assists in closing of sales, including preparation of marketing materials. What you bring: Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture / interior design, Social Sciences, or Business. (or CoreNet MCR) 6+ years of relevant Workplace Advisory or CRE experience required Well-developed interpersonal skills, including listening, diplomacy, discretion, confidentiality and the ability to influence decisions Strong analysis capabilities are essential; accuracy and precision are a must. Logical and consistent approach to data collection, recording and monitoring. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.) Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations to client needs. Strong organizational skills creating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
