Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for accuracy and customer relationships? Join our dynamic team within the Kepak Meat Division as an Accounts Receivable Executive and play a key role in maintaining strong financial operations and customer partnerships. This is a full time, permanent position reporting to the Finance Manager. In this role, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely invoicing, effective collections, and accurate financial records. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve queries, maintain ageing targets, and support smooth cash flow across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring all invoicing and receipts are processed accurately Issue customer invoices via email or EDI in line with agreed processes Ensure all dispatches are invoiced correctly using pricing files or sales agreements Proactively resolve customer queries and discrepancies in a timely manner Issue credit notes in line with agreed claims procedures Send customer statements and follow up on overdue balances Record and allocate incoming payments efficiently Review aged debtor reports and provide clear commentary on outstanding items Experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator ideally within a Food Manufacturing or a FMCG environment Working knowledge of Debtors management and identifying opportunities for improvements within existing control procedures Computer literate with good excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software Experience using MS Excel and experience of MS Dynamics 365 would be an advantage What can we offer you?
