Responsibilities

• ✅ Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
• ✅ Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
• ✅ Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• ✅ Coordinate deliveries, shipment schedules, and project timelines.
• ✅ Monitor customer enquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
• ✅ Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
• ✅ Support the team in achieving sales targets through efficient coordination and customer service.

Requirements

• ✔️ Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime, or a related discipline.
• ✔️ Prior experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination is an advantage.
• ✔️ Experience in the Marine, Shipping, Logistics, or Industrial sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• ✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ✔️ Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• ✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• ✔️ Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an added advantage.
