Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) Administrator

Responsibilities

• Execute EOS upgrades across multiple platforms
• Manage full TWS infrastructure: production issues, troubleshooting, RCA, fixes
• Install, customize, enhance, and integrate TWS with Linux/AIX/Wintel, cloud, and OpenShift
• Day-to-day administration: upgrades, patching, hardening, vulnerability fixes, user issues
• Ensure high availability, stability, and performance
• Participate in 24x7 rotational on-call support
• Automate tasks via scripting (Perl, Python, Shell)
• Troubleshoot scheduling options and develop automation tools
• Linux/UNIX administration and DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of TWS administration experience
• Strong Linux/AIX/Wintel background
• Hands-on scripting: Perl, Python, Shell
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and automation skills
• Experience managing enterprise-scale TWS environments
• Advantage:
• Experience supporting TWS on OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes
