Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive process improvements within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to enhance production processes, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve quality. Core Duties Analyze installation processes to identify areas for improvement Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement Develop and maintain process documentation to support process improvement Design and run Operational tests to measure process improvements and their impacts. Train and mentor staff on new process changes and initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are integrated and corporate-wide improvements are realized Develop strategies and plans to ensure sustainability of improvements Monitor and report progress on projects and performance to senior management Lead and facilitate Kaizen events for process improvement Maintain knowledge of the latest practices and trends in the field of process improvement and lean methodology Support and assist with conducting Internal Operations Manual System Audits, identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions Practice safe work habits, including complying with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations Other Duties as assigned.
