Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced bilingual Employee Relations Specialist to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional-quality Subject Matter Expert advice and execution on complex Employee Relations matters, managing multiple high-level cases from initiation to comprehensive resolution. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced regional team dedicated to supporting people managers, mitigating risk, and fostering a fair, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Case Management & Investigation: Manage Tier 3 Employee Relations cases-including disciplinary actions, policy breaches, progressive performance management, ethics hotline investigations, and terminations-partnering with internal and external legal advisors to drive consistent resolution. Manager Coaching & Consultation: Provide ongoing support, guidance, and coaching to people managers on day-to-day employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance standards. Strategic Change & Risk Mitigation: Offer critical Employee Relations and Labor Relations execution advice for organizational changes, acquisitions, and business restructures while proactively assessing and mitigating operational risks. Process Optimization & Insights: Continually review documented HR processes to ensure consistency across the team, while leveraging case data to deliver reporting, root-cause analysis, and actionable insights to key stakeholders. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources with demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations. Strong knowledge of labor standards, workplace investigation techniques, and risk management strategies. Fluency in both English and French (Bi-lingual capability is required). Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build partnerships in a complex, matrixed environment. High degree of comfort with change and the resilience to make sound, courageous decisions in high-pressure situations. Experience working within a regional shared services organization is a plus.
