Automation Analyst (AI) (English & Japanese Bilingual)

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to uncover high-impact AI/Generative A (GenAI) automation opportunities
• Design and deliver scalable AI solutions leveraging GenAI, APIs, and workflow automation
• Build and deploy intelligent applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
• Drive innovation by developing reusable components and optimizing model performance
• Champion responsible AI by ensuring quality, governance, and compliance standards
• Measure impact through KPIs while continuously improving solutions using data insights

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Around 4-7 years working experience in AI, automation, or related fields
• Strong English and Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent in reading, writing, speaking)
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production
• Required technical skills
• Experience with GenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and API integration experience
• Understanding of NLP concepts (tokenization, embeddings, classification), embeddings, and vector databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and ethics
• Relevant AI/ML or cloud certifications
• Experience with LangChain or chatbot platforms
• Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath AI Center), low-code platforms (e.g., Node-Red), or automation tools
• Knowledge of AI cost optimization and Agile delivery
• Experience with AI security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
