About the role

Warehouse Supervisor /Up to $4500 @Woodlands Set-up Warehouse for Raw Materials, Finish Goods, Inventory Items (SKU) & In/Out systems records. Study products use and organise Storage Compactors to keep SKU items /daily requires items. Manage Mid/Year-End stock take as well as record goods at subcon factory for audit. Maintain ISO for Purchase & Warehouse management, and coordinate with departments on operations. Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Maintain inventory records & stock accuracy. Supervise warehouse staff including hiring, training, leave approving and performance evaluations. Plan shifts, manage workforce, promote safe and compliant work environment. Enforce safety policies i.e Forklift Safety Usage. Utilize technology to enhance warehouse efficiency. Upkeep of Forklift/vehicles in clean manner including schedule servicing and maintenance. Liaise with customers/HQ for goods delivery/collection ensuring materials collected timely for production. Optimize warehouse layout, prepare reports (inventory), performance & incident reports. Maintain documentation for audits/compliance, and identify areas for process improvement. Monitor expenses & seek cost-effective solutions. Manage procurement & stock replenishment .
