Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of software assets, entitlements, licenses, and contracts.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Financial Operations, licensing, procurement, finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of software licensing models and compliance requirements, particularly for major vendors such as Microsoft, Broadcom, and Oracle.
- Hands-on experience preparing, analyzing, and managing Effective License Position (ELP) reports; experience supporting or responding to vendor audits is highly preferred.
- Financial background or experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, or financial analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, financial, and business teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and software asset management tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results, driving process improvements, and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $120,000- $135,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
