Responsibilities
- Develop SIT and UAT Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Scenarios
- Coordinate closely with Business Analysts and Developers during SIT/UAT cycles
- Execute and oversee end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing
- Drive defect management lifecycle: logging, analysis, prioritization, tracking, and closure

- Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in QA, Testing, or UAT roles
- Strong hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, and migration testing
- Excellent knowledge of defect management frameworks and tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)
- Strong SQL/database validation skills
- Experience in Insurance domain testing is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
