Job Summary Supports marketing events , campaigns, vendor management, research and budget coordination. Handles admin tasks, collaborates with stakeholders, and works flexible hours to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including logistics, setup, teardown, and liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. Assist in media planning, booking, and campaign execution across various channels and platforms. Source and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and vendors, evaluating pricing, quality, and service offerings to support procurement and budget optimization. Conduct market and competitor research, including industry trends and data analysis, to support marketing strategies and decision-making. Monitor and coordinate departmental budgets, invoices, purchase requests, quotations, and other finance-related processes. Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, online purchases, and inventory record management. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute and optimize marketing and communication plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to objectives. Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to departmental needs.
